How credits work
Credits are the only variable cost. They pay for what your AI employees actually do. No seats, no hidden meters.

One simple unit. Your balance is visible on the dashboard at all times.
Pay for what runs
Model usage is billed per token at transparent rates, margin included. At one to three credits per brief, the 10 to 30 credits included with a plan cover roughly 3 to 30 briefs a month. Every run shows exactly what it cost.
Credits roll over
Your plan's included credits land on your balance every month and don't expire while your subscription is active. What you don't use stays on your balance.
Top up any time
Buy 5 to 5000 credits whenever you need more, or save a card and let auto-recharge top up for you when the balance runs low.
Caps you control
Set a monthly spend cap and a run cap. Once a cap is reached, new runs pause, scheduled ones included, until you raise or clear it.
Nothing overdraws
At zero credits, new runs simply pause until you top up. You are never invoiced beyond your balance. A run finishing right at the limit can dip it slightly below zero, which your next top-up simply absorbs.

Can I cancel?
Yes, the plan is monthly. Manage or cancel the subscription any time from the billing portal.
Which models can my employees use?
Starter runs the fast, cost-efficient class. Standard adds the balanced frontier class: Sonnet 5, GPT-5.1, Gemini Pro. Pro runs every model we have, including Opus 5, GPT-5.6 and Fable 5. An upgrade takes effect immediately.
Do credits expire?
No: included and purchased credits stay on your balance while your subscription is active. If you cancel or delete your workspace, any remaining balance lapses. The reason: credits are a usage allowance on the infrastructure that runs your workspace, not stored money. Without an active subscription that infrastructure no longer runs, so there is nothing left to redeem credits against.
What uses credits?
Only your AI employees' model usage. Browsing the app, editing employees, connecting tools: none of that costs credits.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Deleting a workspace removes its employees, runs, files and connector credentials from the live system immediately; the nightly backups roll off within 30 days. Download what you want to keep before you delete: every deliverable is a file in your Library.
