Access to ready-made AI agents and the workspace they run in, through a monthly subscription. You can add individual specialists or a team within your plan’s capacity. You are not commissioning a separate software build for each agent or buying its source code. Model usage is charged to your credit balance; each plan includes monthly credits. You still provide the brief, company context and access to the tools the work needs.

Fair question: most “AI agents” are a chat box in a wrapper, and what comes back is text, not work. These act. An employee reads your brief, drafts the invoice in bexio, posts the summary in Slack and hands you a report you keep. Every step, every tool call and every cost is on the run's page while it runs.

It will sometimes get a task wrong. That is why there is a guard and not just a promise. Out of the box, payments, book entries, signatures and messages to outsiders are held for you. A payment above your cap is blocked outright. Every consequential action is written to the audit log, allowed or refused. An employee cannot loosen any of that. Only you can.

In your workspace, hosted in Frankfurt (EU), credentials encrypted, and with the AI providers working on that task — the model running the employee and the providers of supporting steps (summaries, document reading, dictation, search, embeddings) — solely to produce the result. The default model runs at Anthropic in the US; where an EU provider is enabled, you can limit a workspace to European data centres. Vorenq itself never trains models on your data, and every sub-processor is named in the privacy policy.

Not for the ready-made agents. Add them from the catalogue, give them instructions and connect the tools they need through a guided sign-in or API key. You can start with documents and research before connecting a business tool. Unusual systems or bespoke integrations may still need technical work; we check that with you during onboarding.

Swiss tools first: bexio, Outlook, Gmail, Slack, Stripe and Threema are built in, and the Integrations section on this page lists every one with what it can and cannot do. For anything not on that list, add your own connector: a no-code webhook or a full REST API. Your employees act there too.

During the invite-only beta, request access first; we reply personally within about two working days. Once invited, you can use the ready-made agents for a first task. Connecting business tools takes a guided sign-in or API key, depending on the service. We check your intended task and any setup requirements with you during onboarding.

By default it won't move money, sign anything or message a customer without your approval, unless you relax that on the Security page; that default is by design. The real gaps: Winbiz opens its interface to partners only, Abacus and Sage are not connected yet, and Crésus has no interface at all. bexio, CashCtrl, KLARA, SmallInvoice and Banana (read-only) are connected. An employee cannot drive a program that has no API. And it does not replace your fiduciary: on Swiss tax and payroll questions it cites the rule and says when to ask a human. We tell you what is missing before you pay.

You cancel in the billing portal, in the same number of clicks it took to subscribe. Deleting your workspace deletes the live data at once. Before that, you get your data back in a common electronic format. Unused credits lapse when the subscription ends. That is in the terms, and here.
