Vorenq is in invite-only beta: we onboard a small number of Swiss companies personally and ship weekly. There are no customer logos on this page. Instead: the company behind it, the hosting region, every sub-processor by name, and this log. What the product can't do yet, we tell you before you pay.
The new Anthropic flagship is now the heavy tier everywhere Opus 4.8 used to be: hired specialists, the manager, the accounting guardrail, scan reading, brand review and final polish. Same price per token as before, so nothing costs more. Opus 4.8 stays selectable for anyone who wants it.

What owners ask before their team's first run.
Fair question: most “AI agents” are a chat box in a wrapper, and what comes back is text, not work. These act. An employee reads your brief, drafts the invoice in bexio, posts the summary in Slack and hands you a report you keep. Every step, every tool call and every cost is on the run's page while it runs.
It will sometimes get a task wrong. That is why there is a guard and not just a promise. Out of the box, payments, book entries, signatures and messages to outsiders are held for you. A payment above your cap is blocked outright. Every consequential action is written to the audit log, allowed or refused. An employee cannot loosen any of that. Only you can.
In your workspace, hosted in Frankfurt (EU), credentials encrypted, and with the AI provider running the employee on that task, solely to produce the response. The default model runs at Anthropic in the US; you can restrict a workspace to EU-only providers. Vorenq itself never trains models on your data, and every sub-processor is named in the privacy policy.

While the beta is invite-only, step one is the access request, and we reply personally within about two working days. After that the team is hired the moment you have an account, and you can hand it a task in the same session. The real work is connecting your first tool: one guided sign-in per tool. No setup project, no consultants, guardrails on from the first run.
It won't move money, sign anything or message a customer without your approval; that one is by design. The real gaps: Winbiz and Crésus have no usable public interface yet, so accounting outside bexio needs a custom connector. An employee cannot drive a program that has no API. And it does not replace your fiduciary: on Swiss tax and payroll questions it cites the rule and says when to ask a human. We tell you what is missing before you pay.
You cancel in the billing portal, in the same number of clicks it took to subscribe. Deleting your workspace deletes the live data at once. Before that, you get your data back in a common electronic format. Unused credits lapse when the subscription ends. That is in the terms, and here.
