One place for everything waiting on you
My Work gathers what needs your attention. The task board and Approvals are tabs of the same hub — switch at the top of the page. The badge on My work in the sidebar counts pending approvals plus live runs, so a glance tells you whether anything needs you.

How an approval works
When an employee reaches a sensitive or irreversible action — per your policy — the run pauses and asks. Approve right where you see the pause: the yellow band on the run page, the paused turn in a team chat, the follow-up chat, or the Security page inbox.
Every approval card reminds you the action was AI-prepared: check content, amounts and recipients before approving. Approving authorises the action — responsibility stays with the approver.
Who may approve what
Any member can approve everyday outbound work — an email, a marketing send, a channel post, a CRM write. The actions that move money or can't be undone are owner-only: paying or moving money, writing an accounting record, requesting a legally-binding signature, deleting data, granting admin permissions.
Rejecting is never restricted — any member can stop any action, so nothing dangerous waits on one person.
Tune the rules
The approval policy is per workspace: which action categories need approval, which are blocked, monthly run and spend caps. On the Security page you can also set per-connector permissions — reading and writing separately — per tool: act freely, ask first, or block. Safety guards (secret and personal-data leaks, deletes, untrusted web content) always apply on top.
