Chats
Every employee has direct 1:1 chats with you — the same full chat experience as with Vori, for quick questions and back-and-forth work.
One employee, many chats
Keep as many separate conversations per employee as you like: New chat starts a fresh one for a new topic, and the chat list switches between them, filters, renames or deletes one. Chats are named after your first message (or, if you turn on AI-generated chat titles in Settings, by a short summary) and are private to you.
The roster on the left shows your recent chats or your team by department, with a search box across employees and chats.

- 2Type here — they answer as themselves, with their own role, tools and memory.
- 3Turning into real work? “Give a task” opens the task composer with this employee already chosen.
Everything works in chat
Attachments, bill scans and photos, dictation and hands-free voice conversation all work in 1:1 chats. Remember on a message saves it to the employee's memory, and Compact folds a long conversation into a summary. If the employee pauses on an action that needs your approval, the decision appears right in the chat — approve or reject without leaving the conversation.

Team chats
Dispatch work into a team chat and the team lead coordinates its members and delegates the pieces. You watch the delegation happen and talk to the lead, not to five people at once. Booking a team from the marketplace opens its team chat; Vori's search finds it again later.
