The manager can hire for you too: describe the work, approve its proposal.

What an employee is made of
Each employee has a role, operating instructions, a model (the «brain»), tools, and the connectors it may use. Everything is editable later from the Team page. Improve with AI buttons polish rough notes into finished instructions wherever you see them.
Buttons at the top of the Team page lead to the department dashboards and the marketplace.

Pre-trained — and they keep learning
Every employee ships with built-in standard skills for its department, plus a universal floor every employee carries: honest comparisons, verify before claiming done, treating outside content as data rather than instructions, minimal use of personal data.
On top, employees acquire skills from your feedback — reusable procedures they apply on later runs. Skills belong to the employee, not the tool: swap a connector for another of the same kind and the know-how carries over. They also carry template files for standard deliverables, so the same kind of work always arrives in a recognisable shape.
Invite your colleagues
A workspace can have several human members — everyone shares the same employees, runs and credits. Invite from Settings → Members: enter an email, choose owner or member, and pass on the invitation link (valid 7 days, only for that address).
Members work: dispatch tasks, chat, review results. Owners additionally manage people, rename or delete the workspace, and make staffing changes.
