One use-case. Routine work.
About 3–10 briefs a month, at 1–3 credits each.
Not out yet · invite-only beta
AI agents — we call them AI employees — draft the invoices, answer the routine mail and write the posts — in bexio, Outlook, Slack and the tools you already run. Anything that touches money or a customer waits for your approval.
What AI agents means hereNo card. One work email, and a personal reply in about two working days. Later from CHF 29.90 a month, cancel monthly.
See how it worksIn plain words: “invoice the Müller deposit”, “research our top 3 competitors”. No prompt-engineering.
The manager picks employees and the right model for each: Opus for hard reasoning, Haiku to plan, Kimi for volume.
Employees delegate, do the work and hand you real files, pausing for your approval before anything risky. The final call stays yours.
Reads your brief, staffs the work, assembles the deliverable.
Digs up facts and sources, then writes them up with citations.
Writes real code and runs it in a sandbox before handing it back.
Turns rough notes into clean, on-brand copy.
Drafts invoices and payment links, held for your approval.
Checks the work and writes a verdict before it reaches you.
Some work is more than one step. Wire several employees into a single automation: each does its part and passes the result to the next, across the apps you already run.
“When a payment lands in Payrexx, book it in bexio and post a summary in Slack.”
Your employees hand back finished documents. An employee fills in only the facts; Vorenq typesets an A4 PDF with fixed wording, your branding, and every amount computed in code.
{ "template": "invoice", "language": "de",

Your team builds you software, not only files. Describe the app you want in plain words. An employee gathers your live data and hands back a real, interactive mini-app you can open, use and share.
“Pull my open invoices from bexio: totals, paid vs open, and who owes the most.”
Software you run a company on shouldn't need a training day. The handbook lives inside the product: 13 chapters, one for every part of Vorenq, in German, French and English.

Knowledge you add, deliverables and findings your team produces, what each employee learns: one searchable Library, and the right facts are retrieved before every answer.
Every text box in Vorenq has an AI button. Click it and a rough note becomes a clean brief, prompt or message. You still edit it before it goes anywhere.
Beyond the built-in connectors, build your own: a no-code webhook or a full REST API, so your employees can act in the systems you already run.
Put work on a schedule: every Friday, book the week's invoices. Or let it react the moment something arrives. Nobody presses start.
A guard sits between every employee and the outside world. It stops any action that moves money, writes to your books or messages a customer, and holds it for you. The routine work never stops. The risky part waits for you. The one exception is a standing rule you sign yourself. It is capped at the amount you approved, logged like every approval, and revocable on the Security page.
A payment over your limit is blocked outright. No employee can move more than you allow.
Every email from a connected mailbox and every letter carries an AI notice the platform adds itself. On other channels the employee says it. You decide when the notice applies.
Money, customer messages and signatures wait for your approval, right inside the run.
Outbound text and files are matched against the credentials you stored and against common key and card formats. A hit blocks the send.
Every consequential action is classified and logged: allowed, blocked, or approved.
Payment of CHF 4'200 exceeds the company cap of CHF 1'000.
Message customer the payment link
An outbound message containing an API key was refused.
Vorenq never trains on your data. What an AI provider may do with a prompt is set by its own terms. The privacy policy names every provider and says which commit to no training. The data processing agreement is section 12 of the terms.
AI that bills by the token needs a meter you can read. Vorenq prices every run, adds the month up on your dashboard, and stops at the line you draw.
Example figures. At the cap new runs pause; nothing overdraws, and you can raise or clear the limit anytime.
The whole product in every plan. Credits and model class are what grow.

Big companies have AI teams, year-long roadmaps and the budget to build their own AI employees. An SME has none of that, and shouldn't need it. Vorenq is the AI workforce a big company would build for itself: ready to hire, for the companies that keep the economy running.
Big tech can afford to build. You get to skip straight to hiring.
Five jobs come back in the agent surveys below: support, invoices, marketing copy, reports, internal ops. None of them belongs to large companies alone. Here is how each one is wired on Vorenq.
PwC's highest figure: 57% of companies use agents in customer service or plan to within six months. AI employees answer the routine questions (order status, returns, appointment changes) around the clock, and hand the hard cases to a human.
Vorenq's support employees answer strictly within your written policies; anything the policy doesn't cover lands on your desk as a prepared decision, not an improvised promise.
The back-office work that piles up: supplier invoices extracted and booked, payments reconciled, payment reminders staged instead of forgotten.
A ready-made Friday run pulls the week's invoices from your inbox, duplicate-checks each one and books it in bexio, with every posting held for your approval.
In PwC's survey, 54% of companies use agents in sales and marketing or plan to within six months: outreach, proposals, product pages and posts, drafted in the company's voice rather than a template's.
Copywriter and social-media employees write the proposal's cover email, the product page and the week's special, in German, French and English.
McKinsey reports agent use most often in IT and knowledge management, where deep research developed quickly; data analysis (38%) leads the tasks PwC's executives trust agents with. AI employees gather the figures, compare full periods and write the monthly report on time.
Analyst and research employees deliver reports with honest numbers, every percentage with its base and every claim with its source, as files you keep.
The quiet workhorse: tickets and requests triaged by real impact, deadlines extracted from documents, minutes and open-items lists that stay current.
The industry packages ship this ready-wired: ticket triage by who's actually blocked, deadline lists with every source cited, minutes with owners and dates.
Job list from McKinsey, The state of AI in 2025 (5 Nov 2025, n = 1'993 respondents in 105 nations), and PwC's AI Agent Survey (16 May 2025, n = 308 US executives); both cited for which jobs recur, not for a share. The Microsoft 2026 Work Trend Index (5 May 2026, n = 20'000 AI-using workers in 10 countries) is cited only for how broadly agents are adopted, never for which jobs. All three read Aug 2026.
Keep the software you already run. Nothing to migrate, nothing to replace. Connect it to Vorenq and your AI employees work directly inside it.
Swiss tools first. Your employees take real actions in them: drafting invoices in bexio, creating Stripe links, posting to Slack, sending a Threema message. They use your own credentials, encrypted.

Your AI employees work directly in your bexio: reading invoices, booking bills, reconciling payments, keeping contacts current. Anything that moves money waits for your approval.

An excerpt from the log: what landed in the product these past weeks.
Vorenq is in invite-only beta: we onboard a small number of Swiss companies personally and ship weekly. There are no customer logos on this page. Instead: the company behind it, the hosting region, every sub-processor by name, and this log. What the product can't do yet, we tell you before you pay.
The new Anthropic flagship is now the heavy tier everywhere Opus 4.8 used to be: hired specialists, the manager, the accounting guardrail, scan reading, brand review and final polish. Same price per token as before, so nothing costs more. Opus 4.8 stays selectable for anyone who wants it.
A ready-made team for the construction back office: Regie reports become invoice drafts, site changes become documented Nachtrag offers before the work is done, plus Akonto billing, checking subcontractor paperwork, defect lists and tender summaries.
A team lead now splits a brief, routes each part to the model ranked highest for it, runs them in parallel, checks every result, and assembles one finished deliverable.
Opt-in for Pro workspaces: wider parallel fan-out, replies triple-checked by majority vote, and a second automatic retry on flagged parts.
A handbook inside the app, one chapter per part of the product. Every screenshot comes from a real workspace, with numbered markers that show exactly where to click. In German, French and English.
What owners ask before their team's first run.

Fair question: most “AI agents” are a chat box in a wrapper, and what comes back is text, not work. These act. An employee reads your brief, drafts the invoice in bexio, posts the summary in Slack and hands you a report you keep. Every step, every tool call and every cost is on the run's page while it runs.
It will sometimes get a task wrong. That is why there is a guard and not just a promise. Out of the box, payments, book entries, signatures and messages to outsiders are held for you. A payment above your cap is blocked outright. Every consequential action is written to the audit log, allowed or refused. An employee cannot loosen any of that. Only you can.
In your workspace, hosted in Frankfurt (EU), credentials encrypted, and with the AI provider running the employee on that task, solely to produce the response. The default model runs at Anthropic in the US; you can restrict a workspace to EU-only providers. Vorenq itself never trains models on your data, and every sub-processor is named in the privacy policy.
No, though a vague brief gets a vague result, the same as with a person. You brief your team the way you would brief a colleague: “invoice the Müller deposit”, “summarise this contract”. Connecting your tools is a guided sign-in. When you want an automation or a mini-app, you describe it and AI builds it.
The product explains itself: a handbook under Help documents every page in 13 chapters, with real screenshots and numbered markers that show exactly where to click. In German, French and English, like the rest of the product.
Swiss tools first: bexio, Outlook, Gmail, Slack, Stripe and Threema are built in, and the Integrations section on this page lists every one with what it can and cannot do. For anything not on that list, add your own connector: a no-code webhook or a full REST API. Your employees act there too.
While the beta is invite-only, step one is the access request, and we reply personally within about two working days. After that the team is hired the moment you have an account, and you can hand it a task in the same session. The real work is connecting your first tool: one guided sign-in per tool. No setup project, no consultants, guardrails on from the first run.
It won't move money, sign anything or message a customer without your approval; that one is by design. The real gaps: Winbiz and Crésus have no usable public interface yet, so accounting outside bexio needs a custom connector. An employee cannot drive a program that has no API. And it does not replace your fiduciary: on Swiss tax and payroll questions it cites the rule and says when to ask a human. We tell you what is missing before you pay.
You cancel in the billing portal, in the same number of clicks it took to subscribe. Deleting your workspace deletes the live data at once. Before that, you get your data back in a common electronic format. Unused credits lapse when the subscription ends. That is in the terms, and here.
Hire a team and hand off the busywork. The guardrails are on from the first run.
No card. One work email, and a personal reply in about two working days. Later from CHF 29.90 a month, cancel monthly.
