Vorenq gives a fiduciary one login over every client workspace: an accounting employee per client working in that client's bexio, every posting waiting for a person, and one screen that says what is waiting where. Built in Zurich for the firms that keep Swiss SMEs' books.
How a fiduciary runs Vorenq
Each client is a workspace of its own. Your firm sits above them.
One login, every mandate
Every client is a fully isolated workspace — its own employees, connections and credentials. Your portfolio page lists all of them with what is waiting for you, what ran this week and what it cost. Open any one to act in it.
Works inside the client's bexio
The accounting employee records supplier bills, drafts invoices, reconciles camt.053 bank statements, prepares reminders, a payment run (pain.001) and the VAT return — in the client's own bexio, with the client's own credentials.
Every posting waits for a person
Anything that moves money, writes to the books or reaches a customer pauses for approval. Whether that person is you or the client is your choice; either way it is logged.
Verified, not only reported
After each write Vorenq reads the record back from bexio and only then reports it as done. A failed read is labelled unverified, never done.
Two ways to work
Run the workspace for the client, or refer the client and let them run it.
You run the workspace
Create the client's workspace from your portfolio, connect their bexio, and your staff work in it. The client can be invited as a member or made an owner at any time.
The client runs it, you referred them
Hand out your referral link. A workspace created after following it is attributed to your firm and appears in your portfolio; the client owns it and sees your firm as its referrer.
Billing per workspace
Each client workspace has its own plan from CHF 29.90 a month, cancel monthly. For a firm-wide agreement across many mandates, write to us.
What the accounting employee does in bexio
Every line is a shipped operation, not a roadmap.
Records supplier bills from the inbox, checks each for duplicates, books it to the expense account
Drafts, issues and sends sales invoices; quote → order → invoice, recurring invoices
Reconciles camt.053 statements against open invoices and proposes the matches
Prepares payment reminders and finds payments with no invoice behind them
Prepares a payment run (pain.001) for upload into e-banking
Prepares the VAT return from the journal, reconciled two ways
What Vorenq does not do
Said before the first mandate, not after.
It never moves money itself. A payment run is released by a person in e-banking.
It does not replace the fiduciary's judgement: it prepares, you decide, and the record shows who decided.
It is in invite-only beta. We onboard a small number of firms personally and ship weekly.
Questions fiduciaries ask
Can my staff see every client workspace?
Each person sees the workspaces they are a member of. The portfolio page lists exactly those; membership is per workspace and revocable.
Where is the data?
Hosted in Frankfurt (EU), database on AWS eu-central-1, model providers named in the privacy policy with an EU-only option. Vorenq never trains models on your data.
Does the client know we are involved?
Yes. A workspace you created or referred carries your firm as its referrer, visible to both sides.
What does it cost?
Per client workspace, from CHF 29.90 a month, cancel monthly. For many mandates under one agreement, write to info@vorenq.com.
