What an AI employee can do inside Klaviyo, and what it never does. Both columns come from the same code that runs the integration — the catalogue’s two columns, on a page of their own.

What an AI employee can do in Klaviyo
Each line is an action the connector performs in Klaviyo, with the access you grant it.
List lists, segments & campaigns
Add or update a profile
Subscribe opted-in profiles to a list
Read campaign reports
Where it stops
The limits, in the open.
No campaign creation or sending — campaigns are read-only
Email campaigns only — SMS, push & flows aren't wired
Cannot unsubscribe or suppress anyone — only opt-ins are recorded
No list or segment creation — the agent uses what already exists
A profile carries name & email only — no phone or custom properties
A subscribe is accepted, not confirmed — Klaviyo runs it async
Every limit here was true before this page was written; it was just discovered after the invoice. Some are our own decisions rather than the provider's — by default, no integration of ours moves money without a person's approval, however willing the API is: payment runs are released in your e-banking, refunds wait for your approval.

How it works with Entumo
The same three steps as everywhere else — with Klaviyo as one of the tools your team acts in.
Choose the work to hand over
Tell Enti, your AI manager, the outcome you need. He recommends agents from the catalogue, ready for you to add to your team.
Let your team do the legwork
Connect the relevant tools and share your files or instructions. Enti coordinates the agents and keeps the work in one conversation.
Review the result
Get a draft, a file or a completed task. By default, sensitive actions pause for your approval, with the details in front of you.
