- Reads nothing while another system holds the bot's webhook
- No file or PDF sends — a photo must sit at a public https URL first
- Plain text only — Markdown formatting is deliberately stripped
- Cannot delete a message, or kick, ban or list chat members
- Pins, titles & invite links need the bot to be a chat admin
