What an AI employee can do inside CashCtrl, and what it never does. Both columns come from the same code that runs the integration — the catalogue’s two columns, on a page of their own.

What an AI employee can do in CashCtrl
Each line is an action the connector performs in CashCtrl, with the access you grant it.
Create or update a contact
Add a booking
Read the journal & audit bookings
Read accounts, balances & fiscal periods
List invoices & quotes with open amounts
Create an invoice or quote
Remove a wrong draft document (after approval)
Read the article catalogue
Where it stops
The limits, in the open.
Never sends or emails an invoice — sending stays a human step in CashCtrl
Can't mark an invoice paid or send a reminder — no payment or dunning op
Contacts carry a name only — no address, email or payment details
No rendered invoice or quote PDFs — figures & line items only
Read-only article catalogue — products & prices can't be created or edited
Can't edit a document once created — only delete an unsent draft
Every limit here was true before this page was written; it was just discovered after the invoice. Some are our own decisions rather than the provider's — no integration of ours moves money, however willing the API is.
Can you connect it today?
Connect today
The client is live and the credentials are yours to paste or sign in with. Your team acts in it the moment it is connected.
How it works with Vorenq
The same three steps as everywhere else — with CashCtrl as one of the tools your team acts in.
Hand off a task
In plain words: “invoice the Müller deposit”, “research our top 3 competitors”. No prompt-engineering.
It staffs the right team
The manager picks employees and the right model for each: Opus for hard reasoning, Haiku to plan, Kimi for volume.
Review finished work
Employees delegate, do the work and hand you real files, pausing for your approval before anything risky. The final call stays yours.
